Understandably, many people prefer to go out to eat for Thanksgiving.  Here is our short list of restaurants open this year:

Thanksgiving dinner with a healthy twist. Chef/owner Julien Gremaud has created a special three-course, prix fixe menu that includes a choice of traditional offerings (turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and green beans) or a healthier style feast (turkey, quinoa, braised kale, roasted tomatoes, green beans and sweet potatoes). For dessert, have the Lime Ginger Crème Brûlée, Passion Fruit Tiramisu and more. The three-course traditional holiday dinner will serve for starters Onion Soup Gratinee, Burgundy Escargots, Maytag Blue Cheese Salad, and Wild Mushroom Risotto. Entrées will include Heritage farm roast turkey with chestnut brioche stuffing, cauliflower-Brussels sprouts hash, sweet potato puree and more. And finish with choices ranging from apple pie with spiced honey sauce to pumpkin pie with fresh whipped cream. Legendary Taboo will also be open on Thanksgiving offer a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner from noon to 9pm.  Offerings include butternut squash soup, turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes,  green bean casserole, glazed sweet potatoes and cranberry orange walnut relish, with pumpkin for dessert.  Very traditional!  $ 39 for adults and $ 21 for children.
