Hear the People UpStairs perform, Take a Curator’s Tour, Paint a Pumpkin and Enjoy Delicious Food from Cafe 1451.  The Norton Museum of Art was recently closed and the permanent collection was completely re-installed with new colors, new furniture and a whole new atmosphere.  Art After Dark, which takes place every Thursday night, offers a unique opportunity to see all of the changes.  Here is the program for tomorrow night:

The People UpStairs are a dynamic and eclectic musical infusion combining the
personality and explosive talent of each member into one cohesive sound.
Founded in rhythm, old-time favorites and potent originals beat to the People’s unique sound and style. A touch of tropical flavor, a hint of ska, and a flash of funk rest on a foundation of rock and roll.

Cash bar in the central garden plus a food cart serving cheese burger and jerk chicken sliders.

Museum Store open until 8 p.m. Galleries open until 9 p.m. All ages welcome: admission is FREE to Members and children under 13; $12 for adults, $5 for students with valid ID.
