Without a doubt, the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach is one of the most unique and charming Holiday events of its kind in South Florida.  This year the festivities take place tomorrow, Tuesday, November 29th from 6 – 8 pm.  As always, the Worth Avenue Association has pulled out all the stops for the festivities, which include a window decorating contest, school choirs, strolling carolers, the Palm Beach Pipes and Drums, Jammin’ Jim D.J. and of course Santa Claus.  The street is open for pedestrians only.  Many shops will be open and serving refreshments, which provides for an extra special Holiday feel.  Many famous Palm Beach restaurants, such as Ta-boo, Renato’s, Cha-Cha’s and Cafe Boulud, will be participating in different capacities.  If you like Holiday festivities, then Worth Ave should be your destination tomorrow night!

Additionally, the official Worth Avenue historic tours have begun for the Season.  The 1 hour tours take place every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month and start at 11:00am in the Gucci Courtyard.  Ticket price:  $ 10
