From 5 – 10 pm, more than 100,000 folks are expected to celebrate “great moments and places in America” along the West Palm Beach Waterfront for this July 4th.  “4th on Flagler”  will include live music on 2 stages (Meyer and Palm) by Riptide, Jeff Harding, Cover-up, Blue Audio and national recording artists Duncan and Chris Rene.  A DJ will also be playing dance tunes on the Lake Pavilion Terrace. The national anthem will be song by Palm Beach Opera singer Lou Galterio. There will be plenty of photo opps with  “face-in-the-hole” props of famous moments in history or next to the 640-pound cheese sculpture of Mount Rushmore and much more.   After a military salute at 8:40 p.m., which will feature a speech by Mayor Muoio, a plaque presentation to members of the military and the unfurling of a five-story American flag, visitors will witness the largest fireworks display in south Florida starting at 9 p.m. with 16 minutes of dazzling pyrotechnics over the Intracoastal Waterway set to music and simulcast over KOOL 105.5 FM and MIA 92.1. So bring your patriotic spirit and expect an unforgettable time at this year’s 4th on Flagler.
