About Us

Nestled in a tropical garden on Howard Park across from the West Palm Beach Armory Art Center, this historic 1925 property has been carefully restored to reflect the original Spanish Mediterranean architecture inspired by many famous architects in South Florida over the last century.

The next chapter

We’re excited to begin the next chapter in the story of Grandview Gardens. As of January 1st, we will be running our beautiful historic villa and estate as a self-service designer boutique inn, and no longer as a bed-and-breakfast inn. As we keep up with the times, this style proves to be the future of hospitality and what is most straightforward for our guests.

Our hope is to offer you the same cozy and beautiful atmosphere while giving everyone the freedom of a quiet and private getaway. We have found that many guests no longer wish to partake in the hassle of set breakfast times and being on schedule during their relaxing vacation, and instead prefer to walk to the nearby cafes, bakeries and enjoy some of the many wonderful restaurants at any time they please.
